Band vs. Band 2012
On May 4 the Oshawa Public Libraries will be holding their annual battle of the bands. Deadline to apply is April 21.
Three separate categories exist for children, teens, and adults. Prizes include gift certificates and studio time with the winning teen band guaranteed a slot on stage at Canada Day at the lake. Last year’s winners were The Goombas and Viva Mars have also previously won.
Rumor has it that application numbers are low this year so, if you have a band, you should definitely enter. You have nothing to lose.
